ရတနာသံုးပါး စတင္ေပၚေပါက္သည့္ႏွစ္

   

၁။ ဗုဒၶရတနာ= မဟာသကၠရာဇ္ (၁၀၃)ခု၊ ကဆုန္လျပည့္၊ ဗုဒၶဟူးေန႔၊ (ဘီစီ-၅၈၈)။

၂။ ဓမၼရတနာ= မဟာသကၠရာဇ္ (၁၀၃)ခု၊ ၀ါဆိုလျပည့္၊ စေနေန႔၊ (ဘီစီ-၅၈၈)။

၃။ သံဃာရတနာ= မဟာသကၠရာဇ္ (၁၀၃)ခု၊ ၀ါဆိုလျပည့္ေက်ာ္ (၂)ရက္၊ တနလၤာေန႔၊ (ဘီစီ-၅၈၈)။

      

         The four noble tuths ( သစၥာေလးပါး)

1.The four noble truth of suffering.

ဒုကၡသစၥာ

2.The four noble truth of the cause of suffering.

သမုဒယသစၥာ

3.The four noble of the cessation of suffering.

နိေရာဓသစၥာ

4.The four noble truth of the way leading to the cessation suffering.

Taking threefold refuge  သရဏဂံု သံုးပါး

1.I take refuge in the Buddha.

ဗုဒၶံ သရဏံ ဂစၦာမိ။

2.I take refuge in the Dhamma.

ဓမၼံ သရဏံ ဂစၦာမိ။

3.I take refuge in the Sangha.

သံဃံ သရဏံ ဂစၦာမိ။

The five precepots  (ငါးပါးသီလ)

1.I abstain from killing any living beings.

သူ႕အသက္ကုိ သတ္ၿခင္းမွ ေရွာင္ႀကဥ္ပါ၏ ။

2.I abstain from stealing other’s property.

သူ႕ဥစၥာကို ခိုးယူၿခင္းမွ ေရွာင္ႀကဥ္ပါ၏ ။

3. I abstain from committing sexual misconduct.

သူ႕အိမ္ယာကို က်ဴးလြန္ၿခင္းမွ ေရွာင္ႀကဥ္ပါ၏ ။

4. I abstain from telling lies.

လိမ္ညာေၿပာဆိုၿခင္းမွ ေရွာင္ႀကဥ္ပါ၏ ။

5. I abstain from  taking intoxicating drinks and drugs.

(မူးယစ္ေစတက္ေသာ)ေသရည္အရက္ကိုေသာက္ၿခင္းမွ ေရွာင္ႀကဥ္ပါ၏ ။

Fourteen types of unwholesome mental state

အကုသိုလ္ေစတသိက္ (၁၄) ပါး

1.Ignorance   = ေမာဟ

2.Shamelessness =အဟိရိက

3.Fearlessness =အေနာတၱပၸါ

4.Restlessness =ဥဒၶစၥ

Distraction of mind

5. Greed = ေလာဘ

6.Misbelief = ဒိ႒ိ

7.Conceit =မာန

8.Anger =ေဒါသ

9.Jealousy = ဣႆာ

10.Stinginess =မစၦရိယ

11. Remorse =ကုကၠဳစၥ

12. Sloth = ထိန

13. Torpor =မိဒၶ

14 . Doubt =၀ိစိကိစၦာ
